Thai Massage

Thai Massage is a traditional therapeutic technique from Thailand that combines pressure on specific points along the body’s energy lines (Sen Sib) with assisted stretches. This approach helps improve mobility, release muscular tension, and support the natural flow of energy throughout the body.

The therapist uses hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure along the energy lines and muscles, promoting deep relaxation and helping to dissolve blockages.

Close physical contact between therapist and client is part of the technique, always performed in a professional, controlled, and strictly non‑sexual manner. The focus is entirely on health, well-being, and body balance.

Often described as “passive yoga,” Thai Massage gently guides the body into positions that enhance flexibility and relieve accumulated tension.

Session Options

* 30 minutes – Shoulder Girdle Focus

Targets shoulders, shoulder blades, and neck. Ideal for individuals experiencing pain, stiffness, or limited range of motion in the shoulder area.

* 60 minutes – Full Body Thai Massage

A session working the entire body through pressure techniques and assisted stretching.

* 90 minutes – Full Body Thai Massage (Extended)

A longer session allowing for deeper work along the energy lines, enhanced muscular release, and more comprehensive stretching.
