Corrective exercise is an integrated approach designed to improve how your body moves and feels. It combines myofascial release, targeted muscle strengthening, and specialized stretching, all customized to your individual needs.
Following a thorough assessment of your posture and joint alignment, a combination of active and passive exercises is selected using supportive equipment such as weights, balls, and bars to restore balance and optimize movement. Alternatively, clients may choose a session focused exclusively on specific stretches.
Through precise, mindful techniques, this approach helps realign joint mechanics, improve posture, and release accumulated muscle tension.
# Active Exercises: Guided movements designed for you to perform, helping strengthen and stretch your body. # Passive Exercises: Therapist-led techniques that move your body without active effort on your part.
This work helps your body regain its natural freedom of movement, reducing compensations that often lead to pain, strain, and injury. By building strength, flexibility, and stability, your body learns to move more efficiently, comfortably, and sustainably over the long term.
Our goal goes beyond temporary symptom relief, it's about re-educating your body, improving posture, building body awareness, and preventing future injuries.
The sessions last 1 hour, are conducted 1-on-1, and are scheduled once a week to ensure consistent, progressive, and personalized result.
Session options:
# Private sessions: 1 hour # Seniors home session: 50 min
