SGA Global Active Stretching ​

SGA is a refined, full-body physical conditioning method. to restore balance, elevate movement quality, and reconnect you with your body at a deeper level.

Rooted in Global Postural Re-education (RPG), developed by Philippe Souchard, SGA uses carefully guided, progressive postures to gently lengthen muscular chains and reorganize the body as a whole—enhancing posture, mobility, and overall alignment with precision and intention.

What truly sets SGA apart is the integration of guided diaphragmatic breathing. Breath becomes a central element of the experience, allowing the body to release tension more deeply, regulate the nervous system, and access a state of calm and awareness that goes beyond traditional stretching.
