Corrective Exercise Sessions

Corrective exercise sessions consist of an integrated approach that combines fascia release, muscle strengthening, and stretching, using both active and passive exercises to restore balance in the body.

Through specific and mindful movements, we work to reorganize the joints, improve postural alignment, and release accumulated tension. Active exercises involve the client’s participation in movement and strengthening, while passive exercises allow for deeper stretching and release guided by the practitioner.

This process helps the body recover its natural mobility, reducing muscular compensations that can lead to pain, overload, and injuries. By balancing strength, flexibility, and stability, the body begins to move in a more efficient and sustainable way.

The goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to re-educate the body, promoting healthier posture, greater body awareness, and the prevention of future imbalances.

These are individual 1-hour sessions, held weekly, allowing the work to progress gradually and effectively according to each person’s needs.
